Fly fishing Chile staying at the renowned trout fishing lodge of Adrian and Patricia Dufflocq in Southern Chile. Fly fishing Patagonia on both sides of the Andes in Argentina and in Chile is a great experience, however after exploring and fly fishing Argentina and trout fishing Chile, Adrian chose the Cumilahue River in Chile, a jewel of a stream which has offered some of the best wild trout fishing found in Chile and Argentina.

Adrian and Patricia Dufflocq, have the pleasure to invite discriminating anglers and nice guests, to fish with us and stay at our home, the Cumilahue trout fishing lodge. This is a true exotic experience framed in the tradition of excellent accommodations and personal service, including a cuisine run by Patty that became legendary in the international angling fraternity.

Fly fishing Patagonia in Chile and in Argentina is a thrilling experience. Back in the late ´50s and early ‘60s, exploring and fly fishing in Chile and in Argentina for several seasons, we chose the Cumilahue River in Chile, a jewel of a stream which has offered some of the best wild trout fishing found on both sides of the Andes. Our friend Ernest Schwiebert wrote in 1976: “Located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the world”.

With a classic angler’s atmosphere, we pioneered the trout fishing lodge concept in Chile and run an exquisite traditional fly fishing lodge which has been the landmark of fly fishing the rivers of the Andes.
We own the Cumilahue Fishing Lodge and personally take care of our guests at all times. This is not a corporation or a partnership. A very limited capacity ensures a quiet and enjoyable atmosphere in complete privacy.
